Order processing timeliness

All orders are dispatched after manual quality inspection at the warehouse in Estonia (EU)

  • Processing period: 15-30 working days after successful payment (excluding weekends/Estonian legal holidays)
  • Special Note: To ensure the quality of handcrafted/custom-made products, this cycle includes production verification (if applicable) + international logistics pre-treatment
  1. Delivery range and freight charges
  • 🚛 Place of shipment: Tallinn, Estonia (EU)
  • 🌏 Coverage: Global deliverable (some countries subject to customs restrictions will be updated in real time)
  • Freight: Automatically calculated on the settlement page (based on destination/volumetric weight of the goods). The price for EU orders already includes VAT
  1. Customs Duties and Customs Clearance Instructions
  • Within the European Union: No additional taxes and fees
  • Outside the European Union: The recipient is required to bear the import duties by themselves (it is recommended to check the customs policies of their home country in advance).
  • Tip: Logistics providers such as DHL/UPS may contact the recipient to provide customs clearance materials
  1. Logistics tracking and reference timeliness

① Within 48 hours of shipment, the tracking number will be sent to your email omniify@silksagecollective.com

② Reference time limit from the date of shipment:

Eu countries: 3 to 8 working days

North America/Australia and New Zealand: 10-18 working days

Other parts of Asia: 12-25 working days (including customs detention time)
